Free swim and gym
Free Swim & Gym
All Southwark residents can use the swimming and gym facilities for free in six of the borough’s leisure centres operated by Everyone Active, in partnership with Southwark Council.
How to register:
Visit your local library for access to a computer where you can then register online
Ask for an application form in your local leisure centre
When is the offer available?
- Anytime on Friday (subject to programmes and timetables)
- Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2pm to close
- Over 60s can also take part in any Silver sessions free as advertised
- Disabled residents are able to use all leisure centres for free seven days a week
Residents referred from their GP or medical practitioner to the exercise on referral scheme. See the Exercise Referral page for more details.
What do I need to do?
Sign up to the offer – online registrations are the quickest and easiest to complete
Complete your induction to use the gym. This can be done online or visit your local centre to book an available time slot.
Take proof of identification and address to your local leisure centre to collect your membership card. You can do this from the following day after registration.
You can also manage your new Everyone Active account online at http://www.everyoneactive.com/. A confirmation email will be sent to you which will include ‘How to get your Pin’.
