 CIL Infrastructure Plan The Infrastructure Plan identifies strategic infrastructure which is needed to support growth and development in the borough over the lifetime of Southwark’s Core Strategy (2011-2026). It is a "living document" which will be updated regularly as further details about infrastructure requirement to support growth become clearer.

Revised Draft CIL Charging Schedule background paper 2014

Transport Plan

The Transport Plan sets out how we will improve travel to, within and from the borough and contribute to the wider economic, social and environmental objectives of the council. The plan sets our vision for transport, our long term goals and transport objectives for the borough (up to 20 years), targets and outcomes to show how we are delivering the Transport Plan. The Transport Plan guides transport priorities and projects and this plan details our three year programme of investment (2011/12 to 2013/14).

This report reviews the existing Statutory Utility services and describes the development of new utility supplier/connections primarily focused on the development parcels A and B in the canada water action area.

Peckham Town Centre parking and delivery review study 2010

The study reviews car parking provision and the impact of deliveries in and around Peckham town centre. It also identifies opportunities to create a more efficient approach to providing and managing car parking and servicing of businesses in Peckham.

Cemetery Strategy 2012

This Cemetery Strategy seeks to address the chronic shortage of burial space in the borough. The Strategy focuses on practical options for burial within the current cemetery areas within Southwark but also takes account of potential options for burial outside of those areas.

Southwark Interim Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment 2011
